Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup (175 mL) Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) Relish
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Green onion, chopped
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Onion powder
  • 1 each Lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1 can (540 mL) Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 -213g cans Salmon, drained
  • ½ cup (125 mL) All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) Vegetable oil

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
