Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 mL) Orange juice
  • 2 each Banana, cut in half
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Strawberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Honey

Method:

  1. In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
